Here are two articles written about the relatively new Happiness 101 class at Harvard University.  What do they teach in the course?  The same topics that have been offered in the "Strategies for Success" class since its inception in 2001 - gratitude, goal setting, relationships, self-esteem, the mind-body connection.  Student comments there echo the sentiments of the high schools students in "Strategies for Success" classes.  "It's more than a class.  It's a prescription for life."
