What is
happiness? And how does it relate to teaching and learning?
Here are two articles written about the
relatively new Happiness 101 class at Harvard University. What do
they teach in the course? The same topics that have been offered
in the "Strategies of Success" class since its inception in 2001 -
gratitude, goal setting, relationships, self-esteem, the mind-body
connection. Student comments there echo the sentiments of the high
schools students in "Strategies of Success" classes. "It's more than a class.
